Closed Sun Duties:

Register with the state board of pharmacy as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge. Maintain the pharmacy in compliance with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Oversee the entire pharmacy operation to achieve financial goals, including budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management. Participate in business development activities in the store and community. Manage pharmacy support personnel, including job performance and reviews. Guide and train pharmacy associates, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. Ensure completion of all company-required training by pharmacy associates. Participate in patient-centered services, including immunization, MTM, and wellness programs. Counsel patients and medical providers on the nature and use of drugs, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects, monitoring patient health to ensure compliance and optimize therapies. Maintain and participate in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety. Use professional judgment to provide exemplary service within the pharmacist’s scope of practice. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to company standards at all times. Maintain department facilities consistent with legal and company standards. Complete continuing education programs as required by state law. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
