Sundays Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Supervise and develop pharmacy staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage scheduling Deliver patient-centered services including immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs Counsel patients and providers on medications, interactions, side effects, and adherence Maintain budgetary and inventory control to meet financial objectives Ensure pharmacy remains in good standing with state board and regulatory agencies Actively participate in store and community business development activities
Requirements:
