Pharmacy Manager Description Mon-Fri -8 to 5 No nights, NoWeekends 4 years or more of prev. Pharmacy manager experiencewithin a retail pharmacy setting Retail pharmacy experience shouldbe recent Searching for candidates that live preferably within 30minutes or lest from the site. $145K to $150K for the rightexperience Opportunity to work closely with providers to deliverexceptional patient care Work Life Balance Monday thru Friday(between 8-5pm), some exceptions per clinic No nights, weekends,and closed most federal holidays Our Client’s Pharmacy ManagementTeam is looking for a compassionate, patient centric Pharmacist tomanage and grow our pharmacy presence. Our goal is to make you feelempowered in the role that you play when managing your pharmacy,personnel, client relationships/clinic support and patientpopulation . As the pharmacy manager, you will be responsible inmanaging our pharmacy relationship with our health center client.
This includes engaging with clinic providers and their clinicalstaff, providing drug related education, acting as a member of thepatient care team, and attendance of clinical meetings. Ourpatient???s health, compliance, and satisfaction are the mostimportant factors to us. As the Pharmacist in Charge/PharmacyManager, you are responsible for demonstrating the highest standardof patient quality care – from advising on prescriptions to helpingchronic and specialty conditions. In addition, you are responsiblefor facilitating a team culture that promotes caring, enthusiasm,and pride by leading, and directing your pharmacy staff to achievespecific goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide support andeducation to patients on their medications. Management of staffpharmacist and technicians, if applicable. Motivate, inspire, anddevelop the pharmacy staff by maximizing colleagues??? strengthsand weaknesses. Address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledgethrough education and training. Pharmacy operational management andoversight.

Patient Safety Pharmacy ProfessionalPractice Regulatory Requirements Quality Assurance Customer ServicePersonnel Management Inventory Management Financial ProfitabilityLoss Prevention Workflow Management Keep abreast and stay currentwith HIPAA and Frauds Waste and Abuse credentialing. Comply withall applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures. Ensurethat the Pharmacy and its employees are compliant with Federal,State and Local laws regulated. Requirements Required Education& Licenses:
Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree froman accredited university is required. Requiredlicensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal andstate regulations in the state in which you are practicing.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Previous management experience ina retail pharmacy setting, 340b knowledge is a bonus but notrequired. Min.4 years retail related pharmacy manager experiencerequired Immunization certification is preferred. VaccinationAdministration. Planning and implementation of growth strategiesfor your pharmacy. Excellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional patient service skills.
