Pharmacy Manager Candidate must have min. 3 years of retailpharmacy experience. Essential Job Functions Provide support andeducation to patients on their medications. Management of staffpharmacist and technicians, if applicable. Motivate, inspire, anddevelop the pharmacy staff by maximizing colleagues’ strengths andweaknesses. Address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledge througheducation and training. Pharmacy operational management andoversight. Required Education & Licenses Bachelor of Science orPharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university isrequired. Required licensing/credentialing/certification asestablished by federal and state regulations in the state in whichyou are practicing.
