40 staffed beds (average daily census: ~30 patients) You will serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and handle both director-level responsibilities and staffing duties Pharmacy team includes 1.5 pharmacists (including DOP); limited PRN technician support One full-time technician is currently being hired No remote order entry coverage during off-hours
Requirements:
Active South Carolina Pharmacist license Strong inpatient hospital pharmacy background IV compounding experience required Experience with HCS (order entry system) and MedDispense (automation system) preferred DOP experience is a plus, but not required—experienced clinical pharmacists are welcome to apply This is a great opportunity to gain leadership experience while making a real impact in a facility that needs strong clinical support.
