We’re seeking a Director of Pharmacy – Specialty Infusion Services to lead multi-state operations with a strong focus on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and business growth. What You’ll Do:

Lead all aspects of pharmacy operations including sterile/non-sterile compounding, clinical services, and medication logistics Ensure full compliance with USP , , federal/state regulations, and accreditation standards (ACHC, URAC, Joint Commission) Develop and implement pharmacy policies, QA programs, and clinical protocols to improve patient outcomes Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for infusion and specialty pharmacy patients Oversee inventory and supplier relationships for infusion drugs and biologics Analyze data to optimize therapeutic outcomes and enhance cost-efficiency Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and reimbursement coordination Represent pharmacy operations in audits, regulatory reviews, and internal leadership meetings Promote continuous improvement, staff development, and a culture of safety and excellence

What You’ll Bring:

PharmD or BSPharm from an accredited institution Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Tennessee 4+ years of pharmacy leadership experience, with 3+ years in home infusion or specialty pharmacy Strong background in sterile compounding and regulatory compliance Knowledge of reimbursement and billing for specialty and infusion medications Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills Why Join Us?
