The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, handling customer inquiries, dispensing medications, filling prescriptions, taking payments, responding to website inquiries, and assisting with shipping. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Answer phone calls and provide assistance with customer inquiries, orders, and prescription-related questions. Accurately enter and process medication orders in the system. Dispense medications and ensure proper handling according to company and regulatory standards. Fill prescriptions with precision and attention to safety protocols. Process payments, including cash, credit card, and other forms of transactions. Respond to customer inquiries via website inquiries and email. Assist with packaging and shipping of medications and other products. Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Qualifications Active pharmacy technician license in good standing is required. Previous experience in order entry, pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in order management systems and data entry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift or move packages up to 20 pounds. Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
