Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a PharmacyTech II for their Fairfield, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
ThePharmacy Technician position provides individuals with anopportunity to work in a role that positively impacts the lives andhealth of others. You will work in an environment where the highestprofessional and ethical standards are maintained as well as fullcompliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
Pharmacy Technicians take important steps to ensure all medicationneeds and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patientsand they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patientconfidentiality at all times. Success for incumbents in this roleincludes being able to manage all assigned pharmacy workstationsand tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely andaccurately fill and pack patient prescriptions. You will beresponsible for picking and labeling medications and ancillarysupplies. Accurately counting medication utilizing a manual processas well as any automated counting devices. Packing medications inan accurate and near manner to be shipped out to the patient. Filling prescriptions 70% Picking and Packingprescriptions 25% Restocking and clean up 5%
Requirements:
1 yearof pharmacy tech experience Active pharmacy tech license in thestate of New Jersey, without any violations or reprimandsVerifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
