USRX PHARMACY GROUP 7771
West Oakland Park Boulevard, Sunrise, FL 33351 We are seeking individuals in Customer Service with Experience in Diabetic Supplies to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers with their Diabetic needs. It is a Full Time office position from Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm -no Weekends.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Call Physicians office for Patients Prescriptions Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Must speak Spanish Previous experience in customer service Previous experience in Diabetic Supplies (Preferably) Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
