We are seeking an Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to support our growing pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with LTC facilities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in a long-term care or specialty pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Managed large volumes of data entry tasks within tight deadlines, consistently meeting or exceeding productivity targets. ✅ Accurately enter and verified data into company database, ensuring data integrity and reliability ✅ Support other departments by providing accurate and timely retrieval of requested information from the database. ✅ Perform insurance adjudications ✅ Utilize pharmacy software to process orders, manage records, and ensure accurate billing. ✅ Provide excellent customer service and resolve medication-related inquiries from LTC facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience with data entry and prescription entry in a pharmacy setting. ✔ MUST have RPT license number ✔ Bilingual – Creole or Spanish / English speakers ✔ Experience with data entry and prescription entry in a pharmacy setting. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with healthcare professionals.
