Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols. Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with healthcare team members. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills related to pharmacy practices. Qualifications Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for medication administration. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable.
