Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to assist in the dispensing of medications, inventory management, and shipping processes. This role involves working with a team to ensure the accurate handling and processing of medications and supplies. Responsibilities + Assist in dispensing medications by printing pick tickets, locating corresponding drugs/supplies, and inputting correct quantities, lot numbers, and NDC codes into the computer system. + Participate in inventory management by receiving, unpacking, sorting, and recording drugs from suppliers/carriers into the computer system. Ensure drugs and supplies are shelved correctly and orderly. + Assist in shipping by using proper pack outs for refrigerated or ambient medications, restocking gel packs, and coolers. Essential Skills + Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) certification + Experience in fulfillment, retail, or mail order pharmacy settings + Strong computer skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
