Job Description
A growing pharmacy operation in the Clearwater area is seeking a dependable Pharmacy Technician to join their team on a full-time, contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced mail order pharmacy setting, with the potential to cross-train and grow in multiple areas of the business.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30

Primary Responsibilities:
Process and fill prescriptions accurately Handle insurance claims and resolve adjudication issues Package and prepare medications for pharmacist verification and shipment Manage inventory, cycle counts, restocking, and expiration tracking Perform data entry and maintain prescription paperwork Communicate with patients and providers as needed Support returns, quarantines, and medication destruction processes Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License PTCB certification required Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience Prior experience in a call center or mail order setting strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Apply now or reach out for further inquiry: Samantha.
