Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to join our pharmacy. This role involves receiving, transcribing, and entering resident prescriptions into our operating systems. The Pharmacy Technician will also be responsible for dispensing medication, filling, packaging, and preparing medication for shipment. Responsibilities + Receive and transcribe prescriptions accurately. + Enter prescriptions into the operating systems efficiently. + Dispense medication with precision. + Fill, package, and prepare medication for shipment. Essential Skills + Customer service skills + Health care knowledge + Pharmacy technician license + Experience in retail pharmacy + Proficiency in filling and fulfillment processes + Registered Pharmacy Technician + Strong data entry skills + Experience in dispensing medication + Order entry capabilities + Computer skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
