Full Job Description Location:

Governors Square Area/Department:

Infusion Center Hours per week: 40 F/T or P/T status: Full-time Work schedule/hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Job Summary:

Coordinates medication therapy for patient care, whether sourced directly from specialty pharmacies or through white bagging. Performs routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the Infusion Center operates smoothly. All clinical tasks are conducted under the supervision of the physician.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Basic Life Support Certification required. Certified and Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT/RPhT) in the State of Florida required. A minimum of one years experience is preferred. Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
