Description:

Provides patient centered customer service to internal and external clients. Serves as a point of contact to patients, providers and pharmacies including answering inbound calls and coordinating delivery and fills of patient’s medications. Serves as a liaison between other departments within the pharmacy and patients and collects key patient information essential for any clinical staff. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.15 – $24.90 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:
Degrees:

High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

Registered Pharmacy Technician.

Additional Qualifications:

Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry. Must demonstrate high levels customer service experience. Knowledge of/proficient in Medical terminology preferred (written & oral). At least one year experience within a Call Center or fast past environment. Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred. PTCB highly preferred. Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) environment required.
