In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting pharmacists in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with medication preparation, inventory management, and customer service, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed. Process prescription orders and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns from patients. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and processing insurance claims. Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards. Qualifications Valid certification as a Pharmacy Technician from an accredited program. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using pharmacy software systems and technology. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.
