Entry Level Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our front-end data entry team. The primary responsibility will be entering prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities Enter prescriptions accurately and promptly. Manage inventory and fulfillment processes. Assist with pharmacy order entry and data entry tasks. Handle insurance-related tasks and queries. Support the specialty pharmacy and retail pharmacy operations. Essential Skills Registered Pharmacy Technician license. Proficiency in data entry and computer skills. Experience in order entry and filling prescriptions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment This position is based in a closed-door dispensing pharmacy environment. The role requires working at a desk on a computer for 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Strong computer skills are essential. The position is 100% onsite.
