Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team at our Lakeland facility. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and efficient product handling. Registered Pharmacy Technicians in the State of Florida are strongly preferred , as this role involves working with pharmaceutical inventory in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments:

verify contents, palletize, and shrink-wrap according to SOPs Pick, verify, and package outbound orders with accuracy and efficiency Replenish stock and conduct routine inventory counts Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment Support general warehouse tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Strongly preferred: Registered Florida Pharmacy Technician (active and in good standing) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance in a regulated setting Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Positive attitude, team-focused, and reliable Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse or pharmaceutical distribution experience preferred Must pass a drug screening and background check (no felony convictions) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays and flexible PTO Collaborative, supportive work environment Temperature-controlled warehouse facility
