Position Overview We are currently hiring Remote Pharmacy Technicians licensed in Illinois, native in English and with a high level of Spanish, located in either Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, or Florida to support a leading client in the healthcare industry. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity ideal for professionals with a background in pharmacy support, customer service, and healthcare logistics. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for order fulfillment and customer inquiries, including returns, credits, and product delivery. Manage incoming orders via phone, fax, web, or electronic systems. Handle exceptions, investigate service issues, and resolve complex customer concerns using sound judgment. Track shipments, manage order exceptions, and coordinate product availability and backorders. Collaborate with manufacturing and distribution teams to meet delivery expectations. Set up new customer accounts, document service requirements, and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory procedures at the federal and state levels. Provide high-quality communication with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals. Support service team performance by participating in training and mentoring new hires, as needed. Uphold metrics-based performance standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Requirements Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training begins) Reside in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or call center environments (U.S
