The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Prepare and package medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
• Process prescriptions accurately and ensure all medication is labeled correctly
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, assisting patients, and resolving inquiries
• Adhere to aseptic techniques when preparing sterile products or administering vaccines
• Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals Requirements
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
• Experience in critical care or acute care settings is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and medical terminology
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a steady-paced environment
• Prior experience in patient service is advantageous
