Summary We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Weems Community Mental Health Center. In this role, you will be vital in supporting our healthcare professionals by managing medication distribution and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of pharmaceutical care. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being of our clients. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Provide excellent patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to medications. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication management. Requirements Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is required. Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy practices. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
