Pharmacy Technician Bj’s Family Pharmacy 605 S Jackson St, Starkville, MS 39759 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assisting with medication preparation, administration, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast pace, retail setting. Duties Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards. Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with healthcare professionals. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies. Participate in patient care activities to ensure optimal medication delivery. Requirements Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pharmacy operations.
