Your duties will include:
Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and in person. Maintaining and updating patient documentation, including contact and address information. Coordinating medication packaging and synchronization for patients. Engaging in innovative patient care models designed to improve health outcomes. This role requires prior pharmacy experience to ensure success in this position.
