Northeast Pharmacy Services is a closed door LTC Pharmacy and is part of New Hampshire’s largest independent provider of pharmacy services, comprising of retail pharmacy, a non-sterile compounding lab, DME provider and health and wellness clinic. Data Entry technicians looking for a less stressful office like work experience are encouraged to apply. 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm every 3rd Saturday Salary $20/hr + depending on experience.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer service calls and provide the best possible customer service experience for our accounts and patients. Enter refill orders Interpret and enter prescription information into QS1 Software system. Provide prescription status Provide delivery status Ensure emergency telephone order prescriptions have been received. May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the pharmacy. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
REQUISITE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have order entry experience (PTCB) Good phone presence Excellent customer service Computer aptitude (QS1,Microsoft Suite) preferred Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
