Performance Based Bonus St. Joseph Pharmacy , a trusted and community-centered pharmacy in Phillipsburg, NJ , is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Pharmacy Technician for a full-time role. This position blends in-pharmacy work with daily visits to local medical practices — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and patient care. Key Responsibilities In-Pharmacy (Half-Day Daily): Assist pharmacists in preparing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions. Process insurance claims and resolve medication issues. Manage inventory, restocking, and organization of medications. Communicate with patients about their medications and refills. Handle refill requests and coordinate with healthcare providers. Field Work (Majority of the Day): Visit physicians’ offices and clinics daily to: Build and maintain strong working relationships with providers. Promote pharmacy services to medical professionals and their staff. Support patients and MDs in getting prescriptions filled smoothly. Facilitate new patient referrals and help bring in new business. Assist with prior authorizations and prescription access challenges. Follow up on refill requests and coordinate patient care. Requirements Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – Required Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team Familiar with pharmacy systems and prescription workflows Bilingual a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$16-$18/hr (based on experience)

Fuel Allowance:

$200/week
