Certified Pharmacy Technician Rxperts Consulting Group New York, NY Job Details Full-time $1,000 a week 8 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Medicare Pharmacy management experience Mid-level Manager experience Health information security Pharmacy Board of pharmacy regulations Medicaid regulations 2 years Pharmacy Technician Certification Communication skills Full Job Description Requirements Certified Pharmacy Technician with pharmacy operations knowledge 2 years prior experience working in a pharmacy Capable of managing multiple pharmacy profiles (10+) and following up with each daily Understand compliance aspects of pharmacy – FWA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc. Highly organized and reliable with strong communication skills Understand and provide audit assistance with knowledge of insurance restrictions to include Medicare, Medicaid, and all major PBMs (CVS, Express Scripts, Humana, etc.) Tech-savvy with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Based in NY or nearby for quarterly site visits Able to take initiative and own tasks without constant oversight

Tasks:

Communicate with pharmacies daily via WhatsApp, phone, and email Respond to inbound calls and troubleshoot immediate questions Follow up on pending documents, overdue trainings, and missed logs Update pharmacy task lists with new notices and alerts Track incoming certificate uploads and file them in correct pharmacy folders Track incoming documents and file them in correct pharmacy folders Conduct on-site mock inspections at assigned pharmacies (Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn), quarterly for current members and new pharmacy member site visits Inspect signage, logs, policy binders, and required postings More tasks assigned upon hiring Provide manager end of day updates daily — All work can be done remotely, except for quarterly site visits and new pharmacy site visits (schedule TBD)
