Job Summary :

To assist the pharmacists in the technical activities of the department in the unit dose area and the IV additive program. Some assignments in the Infusion Center will require the use of appropriate safe handling techniques for the delivery of hazardous medications and will require additional training in clinical trail resource management.

Essential Job Qualifications:

High School graduate. One year previous pharmacy technician experience preferred. Pharmacy Technician Board Certification required. NYS Registered Pharmacy Technician within 3 months of hire.
