In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care within a retail setting. Your expertise in medication administration and patient service will ensure that our patients receive the best possible care during their treatment journey. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. Provide exceptional patient care by ensuring accurate medication administration and monitoring for potential interactions. Utilize excellent communication skills. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient service initiatives and enhance overall patient outcomes. Maintain accurate records of medication distribution and inventory management. Educate patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage requirements. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with pharmacy practices and regulations. Experience Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is required for South Carolina Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred. Familiarity with MTM services is preferred Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
