Experience :

Previous LTC (Long Term Care) setting experience preferred Retail technicians looking to transition into a new setting Call center technicians experience is acceptable Frameworks experience is highly preferred

Job Summary :

The Production/Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician is a critical contributor in ensuring patients receive their medications when they need them. This role involves entering new and refill prescriptions, providing excellent customer service via telephone consultations, and collaborating with team members for efficient pharmacy operations.

Job Responsibilities :

Enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system with accuracy and efficiency Track delivery status of medications Provide superior customer service while consulting telephonically with customers regarding medication orders Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of medications and exceed customer expectations Monitor reports to identify medication orders requiring attention and resolve identified concerns Ensure Order Entry meets commitments for pharmacy run times and exceeds expectations of customers and colleagues in fulfillment

License :
