Upon hire you will work 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm OR 9am-5:30pm; OT available, flexible shifts (5 days/8 hour shifts OR 4 days/10 hour shifts)
Pay Rate
The wage for this position is between $18 and $22. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. What you’ll be doing:
Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins in an accurate and timely manner.
Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
Participate in training and development activities to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication available toplete all orders.
Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles and keeping inventory neat and arranged in-order. May assist in physical inventory.
Consistently meet pharmacy’s established accuracy and productivity levels.
Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain clean and orderly workstation. Put medications away and replenish all stock supplies needed.
Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications.
Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years’ experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration

REQUIRED

Pharmacy Technician trainee license accepted
National Certification (PTCB) Preferred

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $22.00 per hour
