Maintains patient files, generated prescription paperwork/labels, and clinical paperwork. Communicates with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Creates communication notes based on patient contact. Educate patients on proper medication usage and adherence to prescribed therapies. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmacy practices. At least one year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus but not required.
