The Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technician staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced about 15 years. They have all worked in long term positions at the pharmacy. Pharmacy is located next to We Care Urgent care. Pharmacy Technician applicants will be considered for a regular part time /full time schedule up to 40 hours per week. No weekends and major holidays. Competitive wages for a retail Pharmacy Technician will be offered. $13 to $19 bases on experience and certificates

Qualifications:

Pharmacy Technician License required. Experience in retail pharmacy preferred. Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care required. Positive and effective in communicating with patients, co-workers, & the medical community; required. Must perform pharmacy duties which require standing, walking , alone with continues interaction with patient and co-workers Pharmacy Technician’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Complying with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as Vistara pharmacy Ordering and receiving prescription drugs and supplies Receive phone calls , refill requests, as permitted by state law Get Presciption Ready for patient from urgent care. Ensuring product is rotate, within date, and properly displayed on shelves. Knowledge of Counting and labeling prescription drugs. Dealing with third-party billing electronically Properly handling expired drugs Accurately entering information into the Pharmacy computer. Filing hard copy prescriptions perform all duties on pick up station Assisting in other duties, as assigned Work as part of a team to provide support to other members of the healthcare team. Delivering Prescriptions based on the demand with reembursement for mileage

Qualifications Required :

The required qualifications are as follows: 18 years of age or older. must satisfy the requirements for an active, valid pharmacy technician license, as required by the south carolina board of pharmacy.
