Category Pharmacy – Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A leading specialty pharmacy is urgently seeking two experienced IV/Infusion Pharmacy Technicians for their Bartlett, TN location. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with full-time weekday hours and immediate start.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Start:
ASAP Duration:
13 weeks with potential for permanent hire
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sterile compounding and prepare infusion medications under pharmacist supervision Accurately enter prescriptions, manage inventory, and prepare orders in CareTend (CPR+) Package and label medications in accordance with regulatory standards Coordinate shipment logistics and patient file maintenance Ensure HIPAA compliance and participate in pharmacy quality assurance processes
Requirements:
Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License required Minimum 2 years of experience in infusion or hospital pharmacy with IV/sterile compounding as the primary responsibility PTCB certification highly desired Familiarity with CareTend (CPR+ upgrade) is a plus Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for pharmacy technicians looking to transition into a long-term role within a specialized clinical setting. or reach out for further inquiry: 281-848-7415
