Central Job Description:

• The PatientServices Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of ourcompany to patients who come in, both as part of their healthroutine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• ThePSR II draw quality blood samples from patients and prepares thosespecimens for lab testing while following established practices andprocedures.
• The PSR II have direct contact with patients andcreates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explainingprocedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful,safe, and accurate manner.
• The PSR II will demonstrate LeadershipBehaviour’s while focusing on process excellence skills andsensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.

Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor’s office, apatient service canter or as business needs dictate.
