Clinical Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Travel Phlebotomist to join our mobile clinical team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional blood-draw skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the flexibility to travel to different sites such as clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and patient homes. As a Travel Phlebotomist, you will play a key role in supporting diagnostic testing and patient care by collecting blood and other specimens in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned collection sites across designated regions (daily, weekly, or extended travel). Collect and label blood, urine, and other specimens from patients in accordance with established protocols and safety procedures. Ensure accurate patient identification and maintain specimen integrity during collection, storage, and transport. Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis and complete necessary documentation. Maintain professional demeanor and provide compassionate patient care in all environments. Adhere to infection control and HIPAA guidelines at all times. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for mobile use. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare staff, and laboratory personnel. Use electronic systems to document and track patient data and specimen collection.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program. National certification (e.g., ASCP, NHA, NCCT, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience; mobile or travel phlebotomy a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness and ability to travel extensively, sometimes with short notice. Excellent venipuncture skills across diverse populations (pediatric, geriatric, etc.). Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in various clinical settings.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods. Able to lift and carry phlebotomy equipment and specimen transport containers (up to 25 lbs). Capable of working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour
