$19•23/hr Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Prospect Patient Service Center in Prospect, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

Draw quality blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric collections Prepare and process specimens for lab testing following established procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Explain procedures to patients and foster trust and confidence Verify patient identification and label specimens accurately in the patient’s presence Travel to and cover multiple locations as needed with minimal notice Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of area supervisor Demonstrate leadership behaviors, uphold confidentiality, and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric patients Minimum 2 years experience in a Patient Service Center preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in

CA, NV, WA

) Strong data entry and keyboarding skills Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record if applicable Flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call availability Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Superior customer service and communication skills Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
