Summary:

As a Phlebotomist III

• Float, yourepresent the frontline of our organization, deliveringhigh-quality, compassionate care through skilled blood collection.

You will draw and prepare specimens for lab testing while ensuringpatient comfort, safety, and trust. This role provides flexiblecoverage across multiple locations and settings, including PatientService Centers (PSC), In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), long-term care,and mobile visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled blooddraws and specimen prep following safety protocols.
• Float betweensites as needed, covering various roles and shifts.
• Build patienttrust through clear communication and professional care.
• Lead andsupport phlebotomy teams; train and mentor new staff.
• Act as apoint of contact for onsite support and client onboarding.
• Handlehigh-volume and complex accounts requiring strong coordination withdepartments such as Sales, IT, and Billing.
• Maintain accuracy,confidentiality, and excellent customer service.
