Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-I to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Pembroke Pines, FL This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Pembroke Pines, FL, 33025
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m.•3:00 p.m., Saturday 6:30 a.m.•10:30 p.m.
Pay Range:
$17.74•$19.74 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of

Job Requirements:
The PSR has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of experience
REQUIRED.
One (+) year phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.
