Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client’s medical facility based in Naples FL 34120/Naples

FL 34110.

This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Shift:

Monday-Friday

• 6am-2:30pm with Rotational Saturdays 6-10:30am EST /Monday
• Friday 6am-230pm EST with Rotational Saturdays 6am-10:30am

Job Summary:

The PSR I serve as the face of the company , interacting directly with patients for routine and diagnostic testing. This role requires exceptional phlebotomy skills strong patient communication , and strict adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction & Phlebotomy Duties:

Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection with precision and accuracy Explain procedures to patients while fostering trust and confidence Ensure proper labeling of specimens in the presence of the patient. Maintain a safe and professional environment in all work locations.

Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities:
