Summary “The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both aspart of their health routine or for insights into life-defininghealth decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples frompatients and prepares those specimens for lab testing whilefollowing established practices and procedures. The PSR I hasdirect contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust andconfidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawingblood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. The PSR Iwill demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on processexcellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracyto patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned towork in a doctor’s office, a patient service center or as businessneeds dictate.
