Nursing Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate Mobile Phlebotomists to perform blood draws at nursing homes and long-term care facilities . This is a 1099 contractor position , ideal for professionals who enjoy independent work and take pride in delivering high-quality patient care in a mobile setting. We are currently looking to fill coverage in the following areas: Bradenton, Palmetto, Sun City, Sarasota, Venice, and Port Charlotte, FL. As a mobile phlebotomist, you will travel to assigned nursing homes in these regions, collect specimens from residents, and ensure proper labeling, documentation, and timely transport to lab partners.

Schedule & Expectations:

Morning routes : Monday – Saturday, 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM start times Must be available for at least 2 STAT/on-call days per week Rotating weekend coverage required Must be able to begin work by June 1

Qualifications:

2+ years of phlebotomy experience required Experience working in nursing homes or similar environments is a plus Must have reliable transportation Excellent customer service and communication skills Upbeat, professional, and patient-focused attitude Dependable and able to work independently Smartphone required for scheduling, communication, and reporting
