• ThePatient Services Representative I PSR I represents the face of thecompany to patients who come in, both as part of their healthroutine or for insights into lifedefining health decisions.

The PSRI draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares thosespecimens for lab testing while following established practices andprocedures. The PSR I has direct contact with patients and createsan atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining proceduresto patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe andaccurate manner. The PSR I will demonstrate Leadership Behaviorswhile focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity toconfidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Under thedirection of the area supervisor, perform daily activitiesaccurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professionalenvironment. Performs with confidence, both the forensic andclinical specimen collection and processing duties followingestablished practices and procedures. Maintains required recordsand documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment andpromotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and thepublic in general. Job Requirements

• Ability to provide quality,error free work in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to workindependently with minimal onsite supervision. Excellent phlebotomyskills to include pediatric and geriatric. Flexible and availablebased on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, oncalland overtime.
