Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars 151 NW 11th Street, Homestead, FL 33030 Looking for a highly energetic and intelligent Full-Time Lab Technician with experience in a busy Hematology/Oncology practice. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must Also must be comfortable with blood draws and also with technology (EMR, emailing, and texting) The task consists primarily of 1-performing approved laboratory procedures and testing 2-entering data into EMR, drawing blood, taking vitals, and rooming patients Must be able to multitask and also take directions well. Will be working closely with the doctor and the chemotherapy nurses Compassion and Empathy for patients are an absolute must. Phlebotomy Certification is required.
