Phlebotomist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist with at least one year of experience. This full-time position offers an opportunity to support clinical research activities, working closely with a Clinical Research Coordinator and Investigator. The role involves comprehensive quality control activities and medical documentation in a clinical study environment. Responsibilities Assist Clinical Research Coordinator and Investigator in various clinical study activities. Provide comprehensive Quality Control activities related to source documents and CRFs for clinical trials. Ensure completion and accuracy of medical documentation and adherence to GCP requirements. Essential Skills Experience of at least one year or more in drawing blood. Good computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Internet technology. Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented document review abilities. Training or experience in clinical research GCP requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Vocational School Certification or Associate Degree. Minimum of two years’ experience working in the medical field. Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist certification. Work Environment The work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an unpaid half-hour lunch break.
