About the role:

Every day, the donors you meet will motivateyou. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changingmedicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee thegeneral management of employees assigned to the productionareas.

How you will contribute:

You will overseeemployee performance and schedulingYou will lead Inventory Controlefforts and lead in operational effortsYou will work with donors toresolve concernsYou will analyze opportunities specific tonon-conforming eventsYou will perform all tasks for MedicalHistory, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.

You will fosterteamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

Takeda:

Hourly WageRange:

$22.19•$30.51The estimated hourly wage range reflects ananticipated range for this position.
