What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques — including pediatric and geriatric draws Prepare and label specimens accurately for lab testing Verify patient identity and confirm specimen labeling post-collection Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedures Maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Phlebotomy certification (preferred) 3+ years of phlebotomy experience Proficient in data entry and navigating healthcare systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable) Willingness to travel and adapt to multiple site locations within a 20-25-minute commute Why This Role?
