Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 8:30pm. Flexibility is needed as it may need to start at noon some days. Every other weekend, 9-5:30pm.
Free Parking Job Duties:
Perform venous access procedures on infants, pediatrics, and adult patients using a standard needle and syringe, as well as a multi-tube needle holder. Perform capillary access procedures on infants, pediatrics, and adult patients whether for direct testing of the sample, into a blood collection tube. Maintains ample stock of all phlebotomy supplies. Drawing all ages Ensuring the patient’s sample meets the specimen requirements for all tests collected, sufficient volume for testing, the correct collection tube used, insuring proper dilution factor for anticoagulated specimens. Understands proper specimen handling. Verifies patient identification. $HC=
