ASAP Pay Highlights:

$17 – 21/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood draws Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established lab procedures Greet patients and explain procedures while maintaining professionalism Maintain records and documentation as per regulatory and lab standards Uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment Float coverage as needed, including flexibility for OT and weekends (if required)

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)
