Position Overview As a Phlebotomist, you’ll play a key role in supporting clinical operations by performing high-quality specimen collection and ensuring a safe and efficient experience for patients. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures with precision and care Confirm patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation Maintain specimen integrity throughout collection, storage, and transport Provide compassionate, professional service to patients and clinical staff Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Qualifications Current certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (required) Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or lab setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Dependable, detail-oriented, and collaborative Why This Opportunity?
